Your family eats and wear clothes daily, so it will be there. You without rest, may not! The body can not function sufficiently without rest. This is for ANYONE!
For Black mothers in particular, research has shown that they often face unique stressors and challenges, such as systemic racism and discrimination, which can take a toll on their mental and physical health. In light of this, rest and self-care become even more essential to maintaining overall well-being. Black moms deserve rest!!
